Please PLEASE READ!!
This marks 2 days in a row I have received phone calls regarding Ava's Flowers who claim to be a local florist. They however are not even in our state (Arkansas). They are a 3rd party. You place your order with them online or call them, then they call an actual flower shop in the area of where your order is needing to go. You pay them $100 and then they call me and say "you have $50 that is including delivery to work with." So they steal money from you as well as the florist they call. Both gentleman that have placed orders through them the last 2 days asked Avas if they could have their money back and they flat out refused to do so, they also did not know (conveniently) the flower shop that was fulfilling their order. Well they would not provide that information to the customer. ALL AND ALL DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER THROUGH A 3rd PARTY COMPANY. Call a florist the town or near that can take your order correctly. As a florist I take great pride in what I do and I'm will to help you in making your arrangement whatever the occasion as wonderful as you are imagining. Please don't let a 3rd party make you think they have the same intentions!
