Things you need to know about the 10th Annual MO Food Truck Fest:

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT!

NO PETS – unless service animals.

HELD IN THE NORTH WOODS OF THE OZARK EMPIRE FAIRGROUNDS

What is the DATE of the event? Saturday, September 14, 2024

When does the event open to the public? 11am Saturday, September 14 and closes at 7pm the same day.

Where is the event being held: at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds – 3001 N. Grant in Springfield Mo. in the NORTH WOODS. Enter through Gate 10 on Smith Street across from Hilcrest Highschool.

What does it cost to attend? It is FREE to attend and open to all ages – bring the family and have an awesome day with us!

Is the food free as well? NO, food and drinks will be available for PURCHASE at the event from various food and drink vendors.

How long will it take to get food from a food truck? Remember that each truck has 2 to 4 folks working inside. It will take longer than a “normal drive thru” to get your order – more along the lines of a very busy “sit down” style restaurant. Please understand there is the possibility of long lines and slower than normal service from the food trucks because of the large amount of folks who have expressed interest in attending the event. With the amount of people that have expressed interest in attending the event, we expect that some food trucks will run out of food before the close of the event. We ask for your patience in waiting in lines, getting your order and that some trucks may be out of the item you want or out of food entirely if you arrive late in the day.

Will there be entertainment at the event? Yes, we will have live music for you to enjoy on the stage. 11am we kick off the event with Justin Larkin, at 1pm Adam McCabe, at 3pm Crooked Path Revival and at 5pm Lancaster Station.

Can I bring a cooler? Sorry, but NO outside food or drinks allowed.

Can I bring my pet? NO – Service animals ONLY. This is a FOOD event and the risk for accidental bites from dropped food are the reason for this ruling. Yes, we love pets but we hate the possibility of someone getting their fingers mistaken for a snack. For this reason, only we ask that no pets be brought to the event –Service animals are the ONLY exception.

Can I bring my lawn chairs/blankets? Yes, the facility has limited seating, so we encourage you to bring your blanket or a chair and enjoy the day with us.

Where is parking? Inside Gate 10 at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, you will see to the large FREE parking area.

Will there be an ATM on site? YES, we will have an ATM on site.
