This Saturday, Foam Patrol will be doing a foam party at Santa Rosa County Animal Services. October is National Adopt a Shelter Dog, and adoption fees will be waived. The staff and dogs will be having fun with a well deserved foam party. In addition to the adoption fees being waived, Foam Patrol will take $50 off the cost of a regular foam party if you adopt a dog.
