Spoiler alert: kindness gets upgrades. How to be the customer everyone loves!
Want smoother service, faster replies, and maybe even a few bonus perks? Be that dream client. Here’s how:
1. Fill out the inquiry form (for real!)
It’s not just busywork—we use it to gather all the information we need to serve you faster and better.
2. Be flexible on setup or delivery times
A little wiggle room goes a long way, especially during busy seasons. We notice and appreciate it!
3. Leave a review after the job is done
Two minutes of your time = major help for a small biz. Bonus points for tagging us!
4. Tip when someone goes above and beyond
If your installer moves furniture, stays late, or adds extra touches, a tip says, “I see you.”
5. Communicate with kindness
Life happens, but so does grace. A friendly tone makes problem-solving way easier for everyone.
