Michelle Bailey is a personal chef and caterer serving clients all over the Bay Area. Hi, my name is Michelle, I am a caterer/personal chef.

I graduated from the prestigious California Culinary Academy/Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco with honors. I have over 18 years experience in the restaurant and event planning business. I have honed my skills with years of practical experience, and truly understand the details of planning flawless meals for a family or for an elegant catered affair. I am now celebrating my 14th year as chef/owner of Roving Gourmet.

This seems like a great starter for a 4th of July gathering. To add more flavor marinade water chestnuts in brown sugar and soy sauce for a few hours. Add that before the cheese. It gives it a smoky flavor. I literally just ate these for breakfast. Guilty!
