We are heartbroken to announce the passing of owner Amelia’s mother JoAnn. Amelia’s entrepreneurial spirit and love of good food was inherited by her mother. JoAnn owned and operated and Hoffman’s Florist in Pacific for many years alongside her husband, Eugene. Amelia remembers learning how to tie her shoes and doing homework with the servers who worked at her parents’ drive-in. These memories, and many more, inspired Amelia to pursue her own dreams and turn Graze Catering into what it is today.
We are so thankful and touched by the outpouring of love and support we have already received from community members. Please continue to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. 💚

Have you met our executive chef, Hannah? 🍽️
Hannah started at Graze around 5 years ago after answering an ad on Facebook Amelia put out to get some help in the kitchen. She has a degree in nutrition and a huge passion for food. She has played a huge role in helping expand and elevate our menus and lead our serving team at events. She has dedicated countless hours and weekends into Graze, making sure each client experiences quality service and delicious food. When she’s not in the kitchen or at events, she’s usually the one running our social accounts! So don’t forget to always leave her a comment or like when she posts 😉
To see more from our executive chef, Hannah, ask us about our next open house tasting event, or check out her food blog

Chef Amelia is a local girl, born & raised in Pacific, Missouri. Amelia’s parents owned Hoffman’s Drive-In, a popular ice cream & hamburger shop in Pacific that her brother still operates today. Amelia grew up sitting on the freezer while waitresses helped her with homework & taught her to tie her shoes. She married her high school sweetheart Rick, a former Navy pilot, & in their travels have lived in places across the United States & Europe. Amelia earned her Culinary Arts & Management degree while stateside.
In the fall of 2011, Amelia bought a 1983 Chevy Step Van, with nothing but a few rusty shelves in the back. She had a vision, but didn't know exactly how to bring it to life. After a lot of hard work & many late nights in the driveway, Graze Food Truck hit the streets of Memphis in September 2012. In the summer of 2014, Amelia & her family moved back to the St. Louis area, bringing "Grazie" with her.
Graze Food Truck strives to use fresh, locally grown ingredients whenever possible. Our goal is to bring delicious, wholesome food to you on the street, your private event or your corporate site for lunch.
Our latest adventure was the purchase of our "brick & mortar" in June of 2016. We bought the old Monroe's Diner, a Quonset Hut on Old Route 66 in Pacific, Missouri, built in 1950. We spent much of Fall 2016 & Spring 2017 renovating the interior. We now have a wonderful, full-service kitchen with a very cute dining room in the front. We frequently get visitors from all over the world traveling historic Route 66 from Chicago to the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles. We've met wonderful people from Sweden, Great Britain, Denmark, Israel, France and others.
Currently, we are focusing on our catering business, but we may open up for other events at a later date. The diner is available for private parties and seats approximately 35-40 people.
