d family/friends/guests were always welcome. The Ranch is conveniently located just 3 miles south of Historic Palestine (approx. 2 hours from Dallas or Houston). From the moment you drive on the property, you’ll find “country landscaping”. Peach trees, grape vines, & our “little piggy pen” line the front drive. Enjoy a stroll around the property and you’ll find antique “garden beds” filled with vegetables, The Model-T surrounded by flowers, rustic tractors and farm implements, and eclectic décor. Cast a line in the spring fed lake, exchange vows or host an event in our 1927 Chapel or just sit a spell in the rocker on the front porch and enjoy nature’s beauty. You'll feel like you have stepped back in time in one of our Bed & Breakfast Rooms at the 1891 Dogtrot House. The quiet country setting of our cabins is a great alternative to traditional hotel style lodging. Whether you stay a night, a week, a month or longer, you’ll find the fully furnished cabins to be comfortable and cozy.
