aduated from Johnson $ Wales Culinary arts College in Providence, Rhode Island. I have traveled the USA and abroad to discover what makes the food world tick. Having owned my own restaurants, I’ve also worked in New York City, Florida, Nantucket, Aspen and California. Seeking and using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients to provide the cleanest freshest flavors available. My passion for cooking and making people happy through food is a life goal. Well versed in a variety of cuisines utilizing locally sourced ingredients in keeping clean fresh flavors. Gluten free and low calorie diets available in addition to vegetarian options.
