Inspired by international flavors, Chef Alexandre Cheblal (Chef Alex) gained his experience working in some of the finest kitchens in the world. Originally from the village of Gex, located in the Jura mountain on the French/Swiss border nearbyGeneva. Chef Alex honed his craft the old fashioned way, apprenticing with renowned master chefs in France, Switzer-land, the United States, and Japan.

After some time of research and observation, Chef Alex became aware that the food we produce and eat has a serious consequence on our health and environment. This is why he promotes a healthy & happy Community that utilizes his 27+ years of experience and talent for combining flavors to produce delicious and immaculately prepared meals--focusing on nutritional wellness and integrating healing dietary regimes.

Chef Alex created Vegan Wagon to bring great food to your door so there will be no excuse not to be happy and healthy. He brings you the same quality that if he were in your house. So you can have the time to do others things that you care so much the world can only change once we take care of ourself and live functionaly.
