All of our meat is cooked on a custom built double barrel smoker by a fifth generation cattle rancher who's been cooking meat for events for over twenty years. And don't forget about our custom cakes and confections that will truly make you smack your momma. We believe the best tasting food is consumed right out of the garden and is why most of our food is sourced from local Florida based farms using only the freshest, most nutrient packed, chemical-free ingredients. We also raise free range chickens who lovingly supply our kitchen with the most delectable eggs and our backyard garden is ever producing an abundance of seasonal vegetables.
