There are times that what I do isn’t a job. Creating, planning and executing a meal for Joe and Lee was never work for me. They are such a great couple that inspires and makes it easy to light the fires and bring the magic. Their menu was a strolling style of service with items coming out at different times with plenty of options including a grazing table with Wasabi-Ginger Deviled Eggs, Louisiana Crawfish Deviled Eggs, Leek Cakes with Trout Mousse, Tropical Bruschetta with Coconut Mousse, Watermelon Bites with Whipped Feta, Peruvian Skirt Steak with Aji Amarillo sauce, Chicken Satay, Asian Cauliflower Tacos, Étouffeé Chimichangas with a Sour Cream sauce, Herb-crusted Beef Tenderloin with twice stuffed Gouda baked Potatoes.
