We are beyond excited to launch registration for Tidal Wave 17: Camp Morning Wood this Saturday, November 2nd, 2024, at 9 a.m. PDT.
This year, the launch will be done directly from our Eventbrite page instead of the Tidal Wave website.
You may have received notice that the Tidal Wave 17 ticketing page is available on Eventbrite. Although the event has been published, access to purchase tickets will be available at 9 a.m. PDT on Saturday, 11/2/2024.
Registration
Once tickets go live on Saturday, 11/2/2024, at 9 a.m. PDT, you will need to select your pass(es) and complete the checkout process. Once checkout is complete, you will need to enter the following for EACH Attendee before your order is submitted:
Name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
Valid email address
Age (MUST BE 21+)
Phone Number (include area code and/or country code)
Country
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite containing your passes. (Check in your Spam/Junk Mail folder if you have not received it) This email will include links to:
Hilton Palm Springs (4-night minimum stay required)
Hotel ZOSO (3-night Minimum stay required)
Select the hotel of your choice and complete the reservation process for your room.
Each person occupying your room MUST purchase a Tidal Wave pass. Failure to comply will forfeit your Tidal Wave ticket with NO refund and forfeit your room reservation.
When choosing a room, if your desired room type is unavailable, it will no longer be listed on the hotel booking site. Only room types with availability will show.
You must book the minimum night requirement, or your reservation will be forfeited.
As room reservations are taken quickly during launch, there is NO GUARANTEE that all guests who purchase passes will receive reservations at the host/ overflow hotels. Once all rooms have sold out at both hotels, a waitlist will be taken and utilized on a first-come-first-served basis. We will update the website, social media, and email list throughout the day.

Day pass covers all events on-site at the Hilton Palm Springs for day of ticket purchase. Wednesday Day Pass also includes access to the opening kickoff party at Hotel ZOSO.

Day pass covers all events on-site at the Hilton Palm Springs for day of ticket purchase.

HILTON PALM SPRINGS (4-Night Minimum)
Special Note(s): Rates noted are based on Single/Double Occupancy. Please add $10.00 for the third and/or fourth person sharing the same room. Up to four guests are permitted in each room. All room rates are subject to a 13.95% occupancy tax, a 3% destination fee, a $1.14 utility user's fee, and a $30.00 optional self-parking fee. Rates are based on a four-night minimum stay.
Deposits: Each reservation must be accompanied by an initial non-refundable deposit of the first night's room and tax. Thirty days before the arrival date, a second non-refundable deposit to cover the remaining room and tax charges will be required. The credit card on file will automatically be charged.

CANCELLATIONS
Tidal Wave Party Cancellation:
All run pass refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request.” All refunds will be responded to within five business days. Pass refunds are available up to 45 days before the event start date. Tidal Wave ticket refunds will be issued to the CC used. Tidal Wave Pass Refunds are available until Sunday, May 4th, 2025, and are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. The Eventbrite service (3.7% + $1.79 per ticket) and payment processing fee (2.9% per order) are NON-REFUNDABLE. After 5/4/2025, no refund requests will be honored. No Exceptions.
Hilton Palm Springs – Reservation Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservations up to 30 days before the event start date (cancellation by Monday, May 19, 2025). A 1-night non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of room reservation. A second non-refundable deposit to cover three (3) additional room nights and tax will be required 30 days before arrival. Any cancellations will forfeit all deposits unless a new replacement guest and credit card are received to take reservations and deposit(s). The guest is responsible for informing the hotel of any credit card changes to ensure payments are processed and to hold your reservation. Even if your deposit has been taken, changes to credit card information should be updated with the hotel.
Hotel ZOSO – Reservation Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservations up to 30 days before the event start date (cancellation by Monday, May 19, 2025). After Monday, May 19, no changes or cancellations will be allowed after the cutoff date for any guest reservations. The guest is responsible for informing the hotel of any credit card changes to ensure payments are processed and to hold your reservation. Even if your deposit has been taken, changes to credit card information should be updated with the hotel.
