Discover: THIS EXCITING ONE-OF-A-KIND EVENT FOR AMY’S PURPOSE
AN EVENING OF LIBERACE PARTY AND CONCERT

WHAT: Amy’s Purpose, a local nonprofit organization, will hold its annual fundraiser on Sunday, October 13, at the historic estate Casa de Monte Vista in Palm Springs, where the 2013 award-winning movie Behind the Candelabra was filmed. This festival-type event will celebrate the legacy of Palm Springs’ premier dog lover, the legendary Liberace. Renowned Liberace protégé Jere Ring will be hosting the evening’s entertainment. His celebrity guest is America’s number-one Liberace tribute artist, David Maiocco.
Maiocco, who mesmerizes the audience with his uncanny ability to portray the very essence of the flamboyant entertainer, is flying in from the East Coast to perform. Extravagant costumes, the trademark candelabra, and virtuoso talent will be the theme of the evening’s performance. Guests will also experience a pre-concert show by cabaret artist Francesca Amari, known for
her one-woman acts about Linda Ronstadt, Gilda Radner, and the girl singers of the 1950s and 60s. She will perform in the patio lounge from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Many extra attractions will include psychics, models, a cigar lounge, a George Clooney’s Tequilla bar, various vendors, and sideshows. We can’t get over Melissa’s stunning dress and all that was executed for this latin Inspired dream wedding

We were honored to be part of this day and chosen from afar, this couple flying from out of state was kind of a big deal, I knew that Melissa and Joel had high expectations and wanted a delicious variety of family style platters for their guests. They ended the night with churro donuts with vanilla bean ice cream with cajeta.

Im disappointed that I didn’t get any photos of our food but glad it was overall a success.
