We like our whiskey in my family so I’m definitely getting myself some ASAP! 🤤

The recipe:

WINTER SPICED MANHATTAN

2 oz. rye whiskey
3/4 oz. winter spiced sweet vermouth
2 dashes Barrel Aged bitters

Stir then strain into a coupe. Garnish with maraschino cherry and flamed star anise

Cocktail recipe of the day: Uncle Bob’s Mojito

Ingredients:
•White Rum
•Fresh Lime Juice
•Pink Dragon Mojito syrup(to taste)
•Dragonfruit pieces
Top with Soda and garnish with mint and extra Dragonfruit💕

Syrup recipe: Heat 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup white sugar and juice of 2 limes. Cube 1/2 a Dragonfruit and leave pink rind on, add to pot and cook until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add fresh mint and let it sit until syrup turns hot pink. Strain into a clean mason jar.

3oz Indian tonic tonic water
1.5oz KetelOne Vodka
0.5oz Baileys
0.5oz Frangelico
0.33oz Salted caramel syrup
Fresh brewed double espresso ☕️

Negroni Rosato

Negroni without Campari? Yes, it is possible.

I love the classic Negroni, of course. But I love different riffs of it, too.

Recipe:

30ml-1oz RASPBERRY GIN
30ml-1oz BERGAMOT LIQUEUR
30ml-1oz WHITE VERMOUTH
5 drops CREOLE BITTERS
GRAPEFRUIT OILS

Stir, chill & dilute. Dilution with meltwater is the key to develop its full flavors.

Presenting the ‘Dragonfruit Gin Sour Brûlée’! Join me on this epic flavor quest where gin meets dragonfruit, and we set the sour scene on fire. Tag your fellow home-bar adventurer and let’s see if we can master this mythical mix together!
Recipe:
🔸 50ml Gin
🔹 25ml Dragonfruit syrup
🔸 25ml Lemon juice
🔹 An egg white
🔸 Garnished with brûlée and crushed freeze dried dragonfruit
For the brûlée add sugar to a bar spoon and torch it over the cocktail. Have a ceramic mug with cold water in to add the spoon to when you’re done. The cocktail remains cold even if you point the torch a bit down, safety first and all that.
For the syrup:
🔸 250ml freeze dried dragonfruit
🔹 250ml water
🔸 250ml sugar
Heat in a pan on mid for 5 mins, mid/low for 15 and then leave without heat for 30mins. Strain out any solids, bottle and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Dry shake & wet shake for fluffy goodness

Shake up your senses with the ‘Cucumber Thyme Spritz’ - where cool cucumber meets the aromatic dance of thyme in a refreshing symphony! 🥒🌿 Tag a friend who appreciates a sip of garden delight, and let’s toast to crisp flavors, sparkling bubbles, and the art of turning every moment into a spritz of joy! 🥂💚
Recipe:
🔸 1.5 oz gin, optional
🔹 1 oz lemon juice
🔸 1/2 oz thyme syrup
🔹 3/4 oz cucumber & thyme juice*
🔸 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
🔹 Sparkling water to top
In a cocktail shaker add everything except the sparkling water. Add ice and shake.
Double strain into a spritz glass filled with ice. top with sparkling water, and garnish!
*cucumber & thyme juice
🔸 1/2 large cucumber
🔹 3-4 sprigs of thyme
🔸 1/2 cup water
Blend & strain!
