As engagement “season” is in full swing I want to remind you of a few things!

If you are the one proposing, make it about the two of you, what you love, share, and enjoy together. Whether it be grand or intimate, soak it in, this is the first step of the rest of your life together!

When it comes to wedding planning and where to start, think about what the two of you want your day to look like, not only guest experience but yours. I am always team “hire a planner first” no surprise there. Hiring a planner will set you up for success while creating your dream vendor team which in the end will save you headaches, time, and most likely money.

Of course, some research is required to find your planner and other vendors if you start their first. Don’t just go off of reviews, though they are a great source of real client experiences, try to find vendors that have real life experience with the vendor you have interest in, who they recommend/tagged photos, testimonials, and vetted preferred vendors lists if possible.

🍁Thankful🍁

Happy Thanksgiving to those near and far! This time of year is always filled with feelings, whether they are all positive, or some more sad, it’s a time to appreciate what you have, what you’ve done, and what you have yet to experience.

It hit me earlier tonight that it’s the first big family Holiday since we lost my Grandpa back in May and hurts. However, I’m thankful for the time spent with him, especially being able to be there with him, my mom, and my Grandma in his final moments. We miss him dearly💕. Family is important to me, my friends are important to me, my staff is important to me, my clients are important to me, my vendors are important to me.

This business would not be possible without all of those involved in my life and what it has taken to create the successful offerings we have. Thank you all for being here and continuing to support this dream I have had since I was a little girl.

Also, Mango tried to get hit by a car yesterday on the highway, thankfully a kind stranger attempted to stop traffic till she decided to come back to me. So thankful for my pups and have no idea what I would do without them.

All this snow has us reminiscing to a glacier shoot showcasing the possibilities of what your unique elopement day in Alaska can include.
