👩‍🍳🗣️📢RECIPE FOR BUNUELOS DE VIENTO
1/3CUP SUGAR
1 cup MILK
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 LARGE EGG
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

1 cup of Sugar combine with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to sprinkle over bunuelos.

3 CUPS OIL

Mix in all ingredients until well incorporated.

Heat your oil in your cooking pan. Make sure it reaches 350 degrees. Once you have it hot, dip your bunuelo mold into batter about halfways of the mold. Make sure batter is not all the way up covering the mold otherwise it will not release from the mold, and that's it.. You are ready to enjoy and share!
