Two Perfect Events began with a simple desire to plan and coordinate events for other people. This turned into a great love of designing beautiful events, delving deep in every detail, and being a calming force in the face of chaos (inevitable part of every event). We do this because we love seeing our clients happy.
Our philosophy is that a great event is one that exudes the personality of the host. We strive to find personal touches that make each event unique. While some event planners will work only with a certain aesthetic or a minimum budget, we are backed with the experience and flexibility that allows us to be versatile with any aesthetic or budget.
Our other main focus is making the planning process streamlined and helping our clients make smart planning decisions to save time and stress. By doing this, along with creating strong bonds with the vendors we work with, and by giving clear and frank communication, we set our clients up for success to pull off events that are true to themselves. And we are always there on event days to support and make sure everything goes as planned.
We have developed an easy-to-use CRM system on Google Drive to guide our clients through planning. As our team expanded over the years, we’ve also added to our creative and design services to include digital and print design, art installations, and custom projects for our events.
The main basis of what allows us to keep doing what we do is that everyone just wants to put on a fun party without having to waste time by going through trial and error. Should you feel inclined to take us along for your journey, we’ll be sure to make it all easier and ensure that you throw the best party!
