a great way to enjoy your morning: paris bakery, ham & swiss croissant, cappucino

Each of our seasonal specials are available today!
• cucumber & house made pimiento cheese on multigrain
• roasted vegetable salad with local sunflower sprouts & cranberry chili crisp
• caprese sandwich made with local tomatoes, local basil & fresh mozzarella on sourdough
• kale + lentil salad with almonds, dates, orange peel & olive oil
• bacon, lettuce & avocado on 3 chile flatbread
• slab pizza (two flavors that change weekly)
this week’s flavors are:
—> prosciutto, pickled red onion & parmesan with fresh mozzarella & house made tomato sauce
—> “green pie” cooked greens, pepperoncini & basil garlic puree with fresh mozzarella & ricotta
• two soups to choose from
—> tomato
and a weekly rotating seasonal soup
—> this week it’s minestrone!

🌟 Feeling incredibly grateful for the amazing restaurants that make catering in Paris so exceptional! Paris Emporium hosted an event that went smooth thanks to the fantastic spreads from Gringos BBQ, Love and Bagels, and Scholl's BBQ.

🍖 Gringos BBQ wowed us with their pulled pork, savory pies, sausage, and brisket. Love & Bagels 🥯 delighted with turkey bagel sandwiches, avocado bacon toast, and veggie bagels. 🥗 Scholl Bros BBQ added the perfect touch with their coleslaw and sliced turkey.

What an unforgettable event, made even better by our incredible community! 🙌❤️
