I’ve had several people inquire asking about what a “Day Of Wedding Coordinator” does?! I felt it deserved a separate post!!

It’s a great question - and I will tell you from the recent feedback - it is WELL worth it!

With a “Day Of” coordiantor- I will ensure all the final touches are completed, handle any vendors and special requests, assist with any bridal or family needs the entire day! Not to mention help organize the line up, coordinate with the DJ, clean up as needed and return items including gifts/cards to their final destination.

As a Day Of Coordinator, I serve as a people mover, a fire fighter, a runner, an inspector, a detail checker, a gift mover, a decor/flower mover and the peace keeper. All the things that you likely won’t think about. That’s me.

Congratulations to Adam & Danielle Cox - it was a glorious day filled with kindness, love & memories to last a lifetime.

This weekend I was asked to help with day of coordination, the dessert bar & the Photo Booth for our bride. And of course, I didn’t capture one photo of the photobooth haha.

Let us all stand together in prayer for all those in Florida who are in Hurricane Milton’s path. 🙏🏼❤️

May God provide protection, strength, and hope during this uncertain time. May He bring comfort and peace to everyone, especially those impacted by the last hurricane, Hurricane Helene. Let us open our hearts in generosity and service, be ready to continue to help those in need, to be servant hearted, trusting that the Lord is our shelter in every storm. Together, we are strong in faith, unity, and compassion and we serve a mighty God.

Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up all those in the path of Hurricane Milton, especially in Florida. Guide them to safety, Lord, and calm their hearts in this time of fear and uncertainty. Open our hearts in generosity, that we may serve and help one another, offering comfort and aid to those in need. Give strength to the emergency responders, lineman, neighbors, churches, all those who’ve been down on the ground helping with Hurricane Helen, and for all who will be working tirelessly in the coming days. May Your peace and protection surround us all, and may Your love be a light in the midst of the storm. In Jesus’ name, amen.
