Remember earlier this summer when we competed in the Garlic Mustard Games?
Well, the games are over.
And we lost.

But we had a great time and collectively the volunteers from all the teams pulled a crapload of garlic mustard (nearly 13,000lbs).
Thatโ€™s a win for everyone.

Plus, we got to cook and eat chicken adobo tacos at the gamesโ€™ closing ceremonies. ๐Ÿ˜œ

Luckily Chefs Joseph and John are both incredibly resourceful and downright stubborn when it comes to stuff like this. They refuse to be beaten by a refrigerator.

We served these at our popup lunch stand yesterday, to the great delight of many PC Farmer's Market attendees.

Our hump day popup is scheduled every Wednesday through October 30.
