🌏✨ Today is Setsubun in Japan - aka the day to embrace springtime, chase away bad luck and welcome good fortune with FOOD! 🍽️🎉

Traditionally, people throw roasted soybeans to shout “Oni wa soto! Fuku wa uchi!” (Devils out! Luck in!) 🙅‍♂️🍀 But the real foodie fun? Ehomaki - giant sushi rolls eaten in silence while facing the lucky direction of the year (yes, it’s a thing, and yes, we’d totally crush it). 🍣😋
