Job Description
• To transport guests in a safe, friendly, and professional manner
• Transport guests to/from airport, hotels, activities, weddings, events, dinners, etc
• Perform pre-operation checks and work logs on buses to keep equipment safe and operational
• Communicate all issues with supervisors and manager
• Provide excellent guests service
• Maintain detailed pre/post inspection logs
• Punctual to all transfers
• Perform vehicle cleaning pre/post-trips

Job Requirements:
• Valid Utah CDL Driver's License(B or above)
• Obtain Airbrake Passenger Endorsement
• Obtain Taxi Endorsement
• Provide record of clean driving history
• Pass Medical Examiner’s Certificate (for Commercial Driver Medical Certification)
• Pass drug test
• Abide by State & Federal Driving Regulations
• Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions
• Prolonged Sitting Periods
• Perform physical activities such as repeatedly loading and unloading 50+ pound luggage
• Work is performed primarily outside and is exposed to extreme temperatures, sun and wind exposure, inclement weather (rain, snow, ice), high altitudes

Full Job Description
Job Summary
Pay $19.00/hr or more DOE
Assign and dispatch chauffeurs to fulfill ground transportation reservations and requests. Assist in creating and entering reservations accurately and answer all email requests. Answer customer questions regarding schedule changes, availability of vehicles, and existing reservations.
Essential Functions
• Dispatch: Ensure each reservation is dispatched accurately and efficiently to allow drivers adequate time to reach their pickup location safely, and to meet their required spot time.
• Review vehicle availability, capacity, any special events in town, and traffic and weather conditions to ensure the highest standards to quality service for our customers.
• Document all incidents properly and inform the proper department.
• Assist drivers with directions, itineraries, or any special requests by guest as necessary.
• Assist customer service requests for location of vehicle, directions, changes, or any special instructions.
• Directly communicate with guests if we will be late for a pick-up, or have not made contact with a passenger at pickup locations.
• Monitor all airline flight arrivals, and update system when applicable.
• Reservations: Reservation agents must be able help guests or give suggestions in booking the right transportation service.
• Book all reservations accurately, with minimal mistakes.
• Call guests to reconfirm details on pre-scheduled reservations.
• Multitask to resolve multiple situations as they happen.
• Other duties as assigned and requested.

Schedule:
• 5 Days A Week, 8Hr shifts between the hours 7am-11pm

Responsibilities:

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Adhere to and perform daily duties as outlined for your shift.

• Interface with customers via inbound calls for the purpose of price quoting and booking transportation reservations via telephone and email.

• Provide prompt five- star service to our Hotel accounts and assist their needs

• Greet customers and drivers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

• Communicate effectively with other office team /individuals to work together to ensure high quality and timely completion/division of shift duties

• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, procedures, reservation and dispatch system and other important issues through management communications, meetings, and formal training.

• Prepare complete and accurate work, update customer files with special attention to detail.

• Confirm accuracy of transportation for following day

• Night shift to prepare and transmit accurate daily transportation and sales reports.

• Perform other minor daily duties as requested by other departments during slow times.

Qualifications:

Experience, Education and Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent telephone skills, including a professional demeanor portrayed to customers.

• Written skills: excellent grammar; attention to detail

• Minimum 1-year experience in customer service related arena: hospitality, food service, or telecommunications industry for example

• Excellent time management: Be self -motivated with the ability to multi-task to solve issue for customer, while managing time unsupervised

Technical Skills:

• Fast computer navigation skills (e.g., Web applications, shared folders, operating system Windows/Mac)

• General database searching skills and handling

• Fluent data entry speed and accuracy a must

• Ability to multi-task in multiple windows of activity on computer screen

• Typing 25 WPM recommended

• Experience with Google Docs, and Excel (or equivalent) is a plus
