It’s finally here!! We are finally ready to show off what has been going on at Wild Coyote Ranch and share some gorgeous updates! Our outdoor ceremony spot is complete with new grass and the most beautiful benches to really complete your special day! Landscaping is taking shape as much as we can in-between all the snow days and never ending rain lately.

If you have viewed or toured the venue in the past, come check it out again! Feel free to drive by and see how gorgeous this really is! (Our weekends are quickly filling with weddings, so try to drive by during the week, as to not disturb the guests and parties!)

Thank you to everyone that has helped and made this beautiful venue even more gorgeous! We can’t wait to help create your dream wedding a reality here at Wild Coyote Ranch!

Howdy y’all!!

Things at The Venue at Wild Coyote Ranch are shaping up! Keep an eye out for new photos once the weather clears up enough to take some good ones!!

Also just a quick update on our facility: At this time, we will no longer be booking for parties (birthdays, baby showers, Etc). For those that have already booked, don’t worry!! Your date is still set and we are ready to rock and roll! We will keep everyone updated once we decide to open that back up! If you are looking to hold something special though, please feel free to message us and we can see what we can do!

And a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who has booked and who has already had their special moments here!! We truly appreciate you all and thank you so much!!

Good Morning Everyone!!

Here at The Venue at Wild Coyote Ranch, there has been lots going on! Here are some updated photos! The grass is finally starting to sprout and it has never looked more beautiful! 😍 Just a few new things to note:

- Many people have been asking for updated pictures or to just see the place! Feel free to come on by and check it out! All we ask is that if you drive by to see it, please do not drive on the grass anywhere on the property! The address is 3804 Russell Road, Park Hills, MO. I also have the address and phone number for the Venue on the main page!

- Due to the many bookings we have already received for weddings, our party/event packages (not weddings) have changed a bit! We will now only be doing parties or events Sunday at 12 to Thursday’s. Pricing is also set at $300 for an event.

Just a reminder that we are still accepting bookings for Weddings for next year! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

Just wanted to remind everyone that we ARE currently accepting bookings and showings. Please message us with your number and we will reach out to get it scheduled. To clear up some questions we have been receiving, we put together a little list for our biggest question! What does the $3500 include?? Here it is!

$3500 includes:
*Friday at 10 am until Sunday at 10 am
* Tables, Chairs, and white linens.
* Bring your own food or your own caterer.
* Use of full kitchen including a commercial refrigerator and freezer.
* Yard games.
* Chafer pans and drink decanters.
* 4 wine Barrels for your personal use.
* Bring your own alcohol.
* Movable bar to set up anywhere you choose.
* Bride room and a Groom’s room.
* Venue is fully air conditioned with central air.
* It is handicap accessible.
* $500 deposit to hold your date.

Good Morning Everyone!! First off, thank you so much for all your patience as we are still building and navigating all these construction projects that keep popping up!

But great news! 🎉🎉

Pricing has been set. It will be $3500, and that includes the whole weekend. While that price seems very exciting, we are still not quite doing showings yet or taking reservations. But please keep following our social media! As soon as we are, you will be the first to know!

🔥We also wanted to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Dave Lashley and his crew for everything they have done for us, and continue to do! We really can’t thank you enough for creating this beautiful space for our community! 🔥
