Think of this as grown-up babysitting. 🤣

If you have a guy in your life who gets a little grumbly while you shop, feel free to drop him off on the back porch of The Emporium on June 18th from 12-3pm. We will be hosting Axe Box's mobile axe-throwing studio to celebrate Father's Day weekend, and it's sure to be a hit! Complimentary axe-throwing will keep even the most grumbly of dads entertained for hours, leaving you free to shop without interruption. As an added assurance, we will be passing out ice-cold beers as the Wild Goose Catering food truck cooks up delicious BBQ. (The beer and axe-throwing are on us, but be sure he's got a few bucks set aside for lunch money!)

When you're done relaxing inside, come out back and throw an axe or two yourself to show the guys how it's really done!

(The event is in celebration of Father's Day, but it's truly open to all! You don't have to be a grumbly dad in need of babysitting. We welcome non-grumbly dads as well. And moms. And non-parents. And anyone who just wants to grab a beer and throw an axe into a chunk of wood. Come hang out and have a blast with us!)
