Yesterday I was headed over to Bevy's Liquor World - Parker to check out the Kenny Chesney Tour Bus & went in & was looking to add a new cocktail to the HUNDREDS that we already serve at Cardile Event Services. It's a SIZZLING 90 degrees & wanted to find something cool, refreshing, & yummy that you would order at the beach, but can still be at any event right here in Colorado.

So I bought a bottle of Kenny Chesney's Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum Cream yesterday to make a different type of delicious daiquiri. I put some of that banana run cream in with some Bacardi (3 oz of booze will get you going!), simple syrup, & lime juice with a cup of ice & popped all that in the Nutra bullet & BAM! A great summer-time drink you would all enjoy, & while drinking it, think you are in the Caribbean!

I ended up cutting up half a banana and turning it into a dolphin and using that as my garnish. Cool huh? And these type of fun drinks and much more can be at YOUR reception. IM us & I will show how I bring the best of the best.

Hello! My name is Joseph Cardile CEO of Cardile Event Services. I am a bartender with years of experience, dedicated to bringing you exceptional service & an unapparelled beverage experience to any event we get hired to!

Today is National Tequila Day so I wanted to share a couple of unique Tequila-oriented cocktails that you will definitely want to try out on this Wonderful Wednesday.

The first one is called "The Paloma": Fill a glass with ice, add 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila and 0.5 oz lime juice. Top with grapefruit juice & club soda or Jarritos Grapefruit soda. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wheel or grapefruit slice. It is cool, tasty, & refreshing!

The second one is lesser known, and it is called the
"Supply and Demand": In a shaker with ice, combine 1.5-2 oz Blanco Tequila (I recommend Don Julio Blanco, Fortaleza, or Patron Blanco for their use of the best Blue Agave & being some of the smoothest tequila on the market, as this is considered a Top Shelf drink), 2-3 oz of pineapple or orange juice, and 0.5-1 oz lime juice. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour 4 oz of top-grade club soda (I highly recommend Fever Tree it is the best!) into a glass filled with ice. Pour the shaker contents over the club soda and ice. Garnish with a lime wheel & a pineapple leaf if using pineapple juice. It is so delicious!! Enjoy these refreshing Tequila cocktails on National Tequila Day!
