Hello! 👋

The truck has been busy with private caterings and has spent a significant time at Buckley Space Force Base preparing for our next venture. 🚀

With that being said we haven’t been to a public event since the stock show in January!😱

It’s 7/11 day and that means we celebrate with tomatoes! Our friends at Stanislaus Food Products are passionate about people and their products! We know that we are serving each of you the best sauce possible because of our partnership with them!

Last harvest we had the opportunity to learn about all things tomatoes. How they harvest, who their farm partners are, production, packing, more and more and of course we got to meet the people behind it all!

I made some coffees hot when they’re supposed to be iced and some coffees iced when they’re supposed to be hot. I wasted cups because I poured too much milk. I poured the wrong milk entirely. I was sweating when 15 city workers walked in on top of to parties of three at the same time.

I can’t thank Caroline Johnson enough for being so kind, thoughtful, helpful, encouraging, positive, and educating me in this business. She’s a true partner!

If you visited us this week, I hope you enjoyed your coffee and that your experience was memorable.

Why: Detroits have never been better in the mile high! Also ambience and cocktails. If you think Detroit here in the mile high…you’ve had blue pan, but they offer so much more.
Wholly Stromboli- Ft Lupton
Why: All you up north folk who want something new. The signature Dopio Frico hit this menu and it’s 🔥! They also have a great cocktail bar with a wide selection of whiskey.

Why: Constantly breaking the norm on what’s pizza acceptable. Melina Felix turns out perfectly cooked pies with her own flare!

Happy from the best bear in the world, Tundra! Spring is here which means this grizzly girl is getting more active and so is our campus. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we’re limiting the number of visitors per day and online timed tickets are required for everyone, including Denver Zoo members (free) and children two and under (free).

The Zoo is expected to be particularly busy the next few weeks for spring break, so be sure to get your online timed tickets now! We have a small change happening at our Something Brewery location. Over the past two months we have made an effort to offer large pies, knowing some of our clientele wanted that option. As a result our wait times have gotten a little longer and it has made operations in our 20’ container extremely difficult for our team.
This week we spent our time learning at the pizza expo, and I was reminded that if we do us…we do it really well. So EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY WE WILL ONLY BE OFFERING SIMPLY PIZZA 9” pies! Sorry for any inconvenience, but our model has always been timely and fresh, and we are getting back to that!
