As we near the end of the month, we have a few more women to celebrate a Simply Pizza! began working with us just last year, but she has quickly become a customer, favorite! All ways, courteous, understanding, and smiling in service. Unfortunately, Janisa will be leaving us, summer as she has completed her college coursework. If you get a chance, please stop by wish her a congratulations and let her serve you one last smile!

Today we will celebrate our CEO With countless amounts of energy, love, and ambition Melinda has taken the pizza industry by storm. 🌪️

Leading with innovation and heart she has catapulted Simply Pizza to new levels and navigated through challenges with optimism and grit. Melinda has a way of speaking, leading and encouraging those around her to grow and jump.

Our favorite thing about Melinda is that she is constantly looking for ways to serve others. In the industry she serves as a board director for and is a director and treasure for the new nonprofit She is also presenting at her first this coming week!

Outside of the industry Melinda serves as a school board director , a board member, and a board member for She does all of these things while raising her 5 children and running the biz!

We are grateful for her leadership and service!

Meet Alaina! A junior in high school Alaina has been working with us for almost six months.

Working for a mobile pizza business means that you often have no idea where you are going or what you are going to do when you get there! With a smile and a nervous laugh Alaina is up to any challenge.

She has worked a pop up in 2 degrees, ran pizzas in the snow up a few flights of stairs, manned the zoo on a wild day in February and more. We are grateful to have Alaina on the SP team!

This gives us all the reasons to celebrate. She has worked with us at SP since we first began in 2019. Whether she is working the oven, stretching dough, or bartending at private parties has a positive vibe that is contagious!

Carol is the glue of SP. She hand balls all of our dough during busy season, collects and organizes all of our receipts, and she is constantly leaving “be better” notes around our sites!

Not only is Carol an instrumental piece of the pizza business she is our momma and an incredible grandma to our babies. Without this incredible women, Simply Pizza would not be what it is.

She encourages us to follow the dream, cheers loud, fearlessly jumps into any activity with both feet, and loves us and helps us pick up the pieces when we fail.

Carol turned 75 and truly demonstrates that age is just a number. She is also a daily reminder that kindness wins all.

If you haven’t gotten tickets I 10/10 recommend doing it early. We’ve had front row seats to the building of this event and it is absolutely stunning, even in the daylight.

Celebrating this one! Not only is she a SP powerhouse, my niece Anderson just celebrated her 16th birthday!

She is a hard worker, a super fast pizza maker, & a bit of a perfectionist! While her dream isn’t to pizza forever, we will have her a few more years. Anderson is a 4.2 student, a state qualifying gymnast and track star.

Anderson is a force in whatever she does! If you see her at SP, help us celebrate the women she is and her 16th Birthday!!

This month we will celebrate and reintroduce you to the WOMEN of Simply Pizza!

First up…. Meet .j.littler.rose a Simply Pizza partner and active member. Mary has sacrificed so much to build our family dream of running and owning our own business. A sweet smile, a tenacious spirit, and amazing team player.

When we began Simply Pizza Mary was new to the hospitality industry. She had built a career in psychology. In fact she is known as Dr. Mary Littler to many! She opened and ran her own practice for years and while she still does that on a minimal scale she wanted to do something different. She wanted to work in a field that had less emotional weight. No better industry than 🍕!

Mary is a mother of five who loves Colorado, painting, and bourbon. She is an incredible women who is an instrumental part of the SP organization. And she is the best damn sister!
