Traum Junge translates to "Dream Boy in German, and you can see this special horse helping make your dressage dreams come true! "TJ" is his nickname, and his exceptional breeding and ground work has blossomed under the kind, correct months of professional training by USDF Gold Medalist and USDF Certified Instructor to Fourth Level, Simone Ahern 719-339-2286. He is comfortable to sit, has an amazing canter and is schooling all the First Level movements with ease! He has a complete known history from his owner/ breeder who has a passion for giving her youngsters consistent handling, while letting them mature in their bodies before being started under saddle, in order to offer the best chances of a positive attitude towards training and long term soundness. After between 30-60 days under saddle, TJ went to a schooling show. His natural charismatic presences stirred multiple inquiries—he went to work unphased by the number of horses, being away from home, and loud announcements. In addition to his scores (including two 8’s), the Judge’s comments included “athletic,” “balanced,” “energetic,” and “fluid” horse. TJ's breeder selected Lord Luciano *PS* E* to be the sire for so many compelling reasons. Lord Luciano was the first American bred and born young Trakehner Stallion to be approved in Germany. Lord Luciano is by Enrico Caruso *E*Ps* out of Lily of the Valley by Unkenruf *E*Pg*. He has a lifetime breeding license with the Trakehner, Rhineland, Westphalia Verband and Hanoverian. On his first day of his 30-day performance test, conducted at Helmar Bescht's training facility in Schlieckau, he received a '10' for his Interior/Character/Temperament and four 10’s and two 9’s at his 30 day test finishing with the highest score given out to a Trakehner. He completed his 70-day test the following year which was held in Wickrath, Germany. He was one of three approved, out of the 24 stallions that were presented. Lord Luciano was the crowd's favorite. Lars Gehrmann, Head Breeding Director and Managing Director of the Trakehner Verband, stated, “For the first time in 50 years there will be a young stallion bred outside of Germany entered into our stud books.” Lord Luciano competed successfully Internationally at F.E.I., dressage at the Grand Prix level. He has an approved son Zauberlord and seven States Premium daughters. One of which is Dolce Luciana, was awarded Supreme Champion mare of the Rheinland and is now owned by Queen Elizabeth II. Enrico Caruso’s most famous son is approved Champion Gribaldi (out of Gondola by Ibikus, Breeder Marika Werner). He has had a great impact on the Dutch Warmblood Breed in the Netherlands. He also qualified for the 2005 FEI World Cup in Las Vegas under Edward Gal.
TJ’s dam “Truly My Muse,” was purchased by Five Graces Farm, at three weeks old. She is out of the distinguished Schonfeld *E* who, in the 80’s, won “Dressage at Devon.” Schonfeld was first or second National Hunter Sire of the Year in 2000, 2002, 2002 and 2003. Muse’s dam is “Turkey Wing xx.” Muse’s dam line traces to legendary Thoroughbreds including, Bold Ruler, War Admiral, Man O War, and Princequillo (Secretariat’s grand sire). At her inspection, at 17, Muse was the high scoring mare. She is a fancy and elegant mover, with a willingness to do anything that is asked of her. She was shown lightly by an amateur, who got her first 9s on the mare.
