It's gonna be a PARTY! In all the very best ways ❤

Do you have ANY idea how much every small business loves your support, always, but especially through this season? Most all of us began with a dream in our heart to love and serve our community well ... hoping you would love us back. And you did. And you do. And on this week of Thanksgiving and gratitude - it's important that you know that we continue to be blown away by the way you love and support us. Thank you.

Tomorrow is the small business Super Bowl. The day someone set aside, especially for the little guys. The spaces that need your love and support the most for sure. It's the day after corporate has had their deals for Black Friday when we show up for those local small shops that help keep our community going. The ones that sponsor our t-ball jerseys and donate toward the fundraisers and link arms to come together when one of us is hurting. The shops that make us - well us - that don't look like every other town in every other city ... the spaces that have our vibe and character and aren't cookie-cutter spaces. The ones we don't want to lose because we lose part of "us."

So we are showing up big this year for Small Business Saturday - both within our walls and outside of them.

We will have bundles and deals all day. For sure. BUT ...

One of the things we are most excited about this year is that we also are putting together a SMALL BUSINESS SHUFFLE card. We won't ever ask you to do something we don't do and so we are headed out with 10 - $20 gift cards right now to hide at some of our very favorite small businesses.

That's always been our heart. Drinking good coffee AND doing good work. Championing other people with big dreams and big hearts who are impacting our community in beautiful ways. We can't get to all of them - but we can do our part to make it to some and cheerlead really loudly for them. And we shall ... with big grins on our faces as we do.

We know now what it takes to hang in there and make this work - and it's NOT for the faint of heart. And you need some cheerleaders. We are SO grateful for ours - and we want to be one for others.

We will be purchasing something from each of those spaces and building an amazing gift basket - to also show our love to lots of spaces we think are super special.

So, we will share more details over social media tonight and tomorrow - but if you come pick up a SMALL BUSINESS SHUFFLE card from the shop tomorrow while you're out for small business Saturday - and choose to make purchases from the small businesses listed on the card - then message us with a pic of your card that's checked off and a pile of your loot before December 3rd - you'll be entered to win an AMAZING Christmas gift basket from what we consider to be 10 of the best spaces and places in the MOV. The drawing will be held on Monday, December 4th!

AND ...

If you shop the spaces tomorrow you'll also have a chance to find and win a $20 gift card from the Bodega. DOUBLE WIN!

Ok, I must run and hide gift cards and shop now ... but I'll also tell you about all the crazy good bundles for tomorrow in a post later this evening. They're good.

Ohhhhhh also - we are gonna have some live music playing. I mean does it get any more Hallmark movie than a violin player up in the window ... a potential saxophone ... perhaps a piano ... you just never know what the day might hold - but I'm certain you're gonna want to be part of the fun! 🎁

Help us share this post with everyone you know so they'll be a part of just showering love on our community through our small businesses tomorrow. Together we can each do a little to make a pretty big impact for some folks who will do cartwheels because we did.

Trust me, we know what cartwheels look like in small business world. You showing up and loving us well certainly is cartwheel worthy! ❤ We are here for you and couldn't be here without you ... and who the heck would want to?! We are so much better together!
