This is what community looks like to us!!

We didn't get pictures of all of the groups who joined us but everyone came out in the most festive mood and we felt so blessed to be able to spend the evening with so many amazing people!! Everyone made themselves right at home; playing games, ordering food to be delivered and sipping on hot cocoa and coffee. It was a great evening!!

And once again, our guests did a great job bringing food to donate to the Octorara Area Food Cupboard!! What a beautiful way to celebrate the holidays!

Did you know that our prices heading into 2025 are just:

• $495 for 4.5 hours
• $600 for 5.5 hours
• $750 for 6.5 hours

This includes tables pre-arranged for 84 guests in our Meadowview and Fireside Rooms, our Parlor set up for your food and beverages to be served and the use of our kitchen!! Additionally, once your food, decorations and trash have been taken out we do ALL the cleaning for you!!

It's almost unbelievable!!

There's just something so special about our Enchanted Christmas Ball!! It's a feeling that words alone just can't describe. Each year is more magical than the last, each smile so very precious, every moment cherished!! Our Manor has definitely undergone some changes over the years! It's always neat to look back at old drawings and pictures of this beloved building!

In this picture the porch wasn't yet enclosed and the tall tree out front looks like the perfect spot to curl up and read a book on a warm summer day!

From home, to restaurant, to wedding venue the character and charm remains the same. We just do things a little differently now 💖

Just taking a moment to appreciate our beautiful Tented Terrace!! From construction to completion it's been an amazing addition to our space!!

It's now been taken down for the winter but will return next spring for fun and fabulous celebrations of every sort!!

Not only is our Enchanted Christmas Ball THIS Sunday but our Christmas Social is less than two weeks away as well!!

The history that surrounds us is so rich and fascinating!!

We took a trip to the National Iron and Steel Heritage Museum the other day and it was quite interesting!!

To think of all of the contributions the local iron and steel industry has made over the last hundreds of years is just amazing!! Contributions to the railroad, to the military, even to the construction of the World Trade Center!!

PICO, brought to town by Mr. Beale, operated from 1872-1926 and was known for the high quality charcoal iron tubes it produced, while the old "Lukens Steel", located in Coatesville, is still operating today and is the longest continuously operating iron and steel site in the US!! So neat!

Another field trip will need to take us to Hibernia or the Chester County Archives sometime in the near future to expand our knowledge of the Beale family and their iron works!!
