JUST ANNOUNCED - NEWS FLASH
Hiram Rapids Stumblers will practice at Laleure Vineyards & Winery this Friday December 6. It's an informal get-together at Laleure instead of Scott's kitchen. It will be a simple, fun evening to hear and see the hard work it takes to keep a band in sync.
Join the fun.
Rumor has it that Jesse may be joining the party during his stay in this neck of the woods. Jesse was one of the earliest members of the Stumblers and the guys are looking forward to possibly jamming a bit with him.

What a great partnership with Geauga Park District We enjoyed talking with many persons who visit the parks, and visited us at Laleure Vineyards & Winery

We at Geauga Park District are counting our blessings this week of Thanksgiving, among them, some truly awesome community partnerships. This weekend, Laleure Vineyards & Winery owner Rich Hill generously handed Executive Director John Oros a check for $402 to cover the donations he promised for June-October sales of Nine Bridges red and white house wines.

Thanks to Rich for his interest in our fine county parks, and to all who patronized Laleure to support his pledge! We are fortunate to have such extraordinary friends.

Laleure Vineyards & Winery Cabernet franc still undergoing natural dehydration. Grapes still look good at around 6 weeks, so an appassimento like process might turn out a nice wine. It’s all an experiment!

Cab franc grapes have been shriveling for about a month now in our corn crib which is designed to promote dehydration. Brix is up 3 points to 26 so far. Fruit still not breaking down so we will let it go a while longer and then see what kind of wine it will make.
