Stanislav Ioudenitch, Piano, is widely regarded for his strong individuality and musical conviction.

The International Center for Music at Park University trains and educates the next generation of accomplished musicians for careers in music at the highest level, in a focused and creative atmosphere with an international faculty of renowned excellence. His artistry won him the Gold Medal at the 11th Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, where he also took home the Steven De Groote Memorial

Award for Best Performance of Chamber Music. Ben Sayevich, Violin, Lithuanian-Israeli violinist Ben Sayevich has established himself as one of the most distinguished violinists and teachers of his generation. Daniel Veis, Cello, has been recognized as the finest Czech cellist since winning the First Prize at 1976 Prague Spring Competition and the Silver Medal at 1978 Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. Lolita Lisovskaya-Sayevich, Piano, is a collaborative pianist at Park University's International Center for Music. She received first prices in the Iowa Piano International Competition (2007), Nikolai Rubinstein International Piano Competition (1996) and Chopin International Piano Competition (1993).

In just a few short weeks, the sixth annual Stanislav & Friends will take the stage in Helzberg Hall at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts! This all Spanish program will feature the virtuosic talents of Park ICM founder and Artistic Director, pianist Stanislav Ioudenitch, alongside alumni, faculty and students in this fast moving, epic night of music. Scott Boswell and Robin Boswell will serve as the honorary chairmen of Park University’s annual gala concert, Stanislav & Friends, a benefit for The International Center for Music at Park University. The March 1st event will be held at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. Guests will enjoy a unique concert which will showcase the world-class talent of Park University’s International Center for Music alumni, faculty and students, preceded by a delicious buffet from Kauffman Center Executive Chef Laura Comer.

The star-studded event will boast a Spanish theme this year including special performances by pianist Behzod Abduraimov, the return of Ravel’s “Bolero” arranged for 4 pianos, and the grand finale featuring event namesake, Stanislav Ioudenitch.

Tomorrow, Jan 22, 11:00 a.m., the Park Trio will appear on "Classical Music in the Morning" on Kansas Public Radio in Lawrence, Kansas! They'll be doing a live performance in studio as well as having a conversation about their upcoming performance with host Cordelia Brown. Make sure to tune in as they'll be performing pieces previewing their upcoming performance (January 24, 7:00 p.m., 1900 Building) including two movements of Anton Arensky's "Piano Trio in D Minor, Op. 32" and three movements of Antonín Dvořák's "Dumky Trio." What a blast it was to see Stanislav & Friends included in The Independent: Kansas City's Journal of Society's sentimental journey through their wonderful coverage of Our Town. This photo was taken at the one, and only, Stanislav & Friends to appear on the BIG SCREEN at Boulevard Drive-In Theatre! It was truly a night to remember as it happened successfully in the middle of Covid September 2020. Thanks for the shout out, Anne Potter Russ! Never seen a Stanislav & Friends? The International Center for Music at Park University alumnus Michael Davidman is featured in NUVO for this recent performance at the Indiana History Center on December 8th where he was returning "for another shot at the top APA classical prize" and was showcasing "his growth as a performer."

Since his appearance in the American Piano Awards in 2021, Michael studied with Stanislav Ioudenitch at the International Center for Music at Park University where he earned his Artist Diploma.

Excellent read which takes you into the head of Michael as he strives to achieve the composer's intent. Good luck with the APA, Michael! We're cheering for you!
