Awesome job Diva Cassandra. I also had a surprise visit from Daryll Estep one of my Diamondz youth entrepreneurs babies and her mom that I met when she was 15, she now in her 20’s and still rocking her business. The Aurora in Mt Vernon “The Mini Castle” built 1877 is an historical landmark located in the historical part of downtown Baltimore/Mt Vernon area. It has 2 floors, an outside patio, bridal suite and shower room. 100 seated and 20 to 50 mingling in thoughout the building or outside on deck. Chairs and tables are provided with 7 hour party slots or 12 hour wedding slots. Street Parking, local parking lot & garage. We provide in-house services too.

In this season, I’m not lowering my worth or prices when it comes to my business. I worked long and hard, if I don’t fit your budget it’s okay and I understand. But please be aware they if you leave then come back last minute because you wanted something cheaper from someone else that didn’t work out, my price may be increased. That’s it and that’s all. Hey fam!! I miss talking to you all but I had shut the world out all weekend to rest and do nothing but florals. FYI-I’m still off, I will talk new business tomorrow for any new inquiries. I have 2 upcoming weddings to do bouquets, centerpieces and decorating for on top of other events this coming weekend and April so I have to zone out.

1st bridal party has 8 floral items for the bridal party, 1 large floral garland (completed that a month ago), 10 artificial arrangements for the wedding ceremony and then I have to do 19 real arrangements centerpieces for reception tables the day before wedding.

2nd bridal party has 19 floral items for bridal party, 8 arrangements for wedding ceremony, 1 floral garland for sweetheart table, 15 floral centerpieces for reception tables.

This is why I stress get on my books early and no longer can take on last minute orders if I’m extremely busy, but I have my other sweethearts to send you too.

Lastly I will not show anymore pics until the weddings are over so my peeps that inbox me for a sneak pic, NOPE. LOL! But it looks so beautiful in here is all I can say. Okay, see you all later but I am taking text messages for Pre-Mother’s day event tickets. ☀️💕

Top of the morning..

When some of you all question a person in the event business prices, please research all the duties they have to do prior to creating a fabulous event for you and the after duties of the event. This is also for all business owners. What we do isn’t a hobby, it’s a professional business. We are up late nights and back up early mornings with planning, going to stores, buying online, building things, organizing, marketing, creating, setting arrangements, typing, answering questions from emails, handling vendors and much more that you all don’t see behind the scenes. We aren’t asking you to love what we do, we just asking you to really respect it and not go back and forth on our worth. Yes I boldly say what needs to be said because I’m no longer allowing anyone to take advantage of my business and kindness. I see so many stress out and walking away from their gifts, FRIENDS…..don’t allow it, it’s clients out here that will appreciate your work. Us smaller businesses owners get treated the worse but we are the ones giving a discount almost every day but the bigger corporations only give out at certain times a year for their tax purposes…YES I DO MY RESEARCH.

This post wasn’t created to make you feel bad but to truly keep educating others to better understand business. Even if you can’t support financial, we understand but sharing our info is also a form of support which generates future financial wealth & growth to the business. So many love what I say and others say, why she keep pushing it..well if I don’t say it people won’t know what others are scared to say. If I could show my inbox on the business owners that’s ready to give up, you all would be surprised who is tired but it’s my job to keep motivated them to not give up.

I put that grind in for my clients because they are good to me. I went to bed at 11 something, but was back up at 4pm going over client’s decor items, ordering online, creating a wedding invitation and plugging in guests emails. All I can say, I’m thankful to my chosen clients because they understand my time and worth. I don’t have issues with my DDE FAM, they understand the price is the price.
