1. Take someone with you to your fittings! They can learn from your seamstress how to bustle.

2. Take a video! Send it to the party group as well as your planner!

3. Bring a crochet hook! We provide one in the emergency kit but it doesn’t hurt to have an extra on hand. This will help if anyone has any long nails it can be difficult to get the bustle over the button!

-The couple: This sounds obvious but I’m talking about where you will be throughout the day and what your holding/ what’s on you! So don’t skimp on the getting ready details! πŸ˜‰

-Ceremony: Dress it up and over do it but make sure you can reuse it! Most ceremonies only last about 30 minutes these days so make sure you can reuse items for behind the head table or a photo op for guests!

-Head table: Once again this is where a couple of high ticket items happen. Dinner, Toasts, etc…So add chargers or colored napkins to just this table!

-RSVP or family tables: these typically tend to be towards the front so make them more of a statement while keeping the rest of the tables more simple. Especially if you have a high guest count!

Man they can be confusing and overwhelming if you don’t even know where to start! Here are some tips to help build your wedding day timeline:
β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €β €
1. Ask hair/makeup how long it will take to complete
2. Have your photographer arrive 45-60 minutes prior to completion of HMU.
3. Make sure to include travel times between getting ready location, ceremony, photo locations, and reception
4. Talk to your planner and photographer before selecting a ceremony time!
5. Include sundown time and set your sunset photo time 45 minutes prior.
6. Place all reception formalities 30-45 minutes after dinner or knock a couple out after grand entrance! Have more questions???
