Here at Hawthorne House, we are passionate about continue the 22 years of premiere events and service that Kansas City couple’s have received. Our offerings have been curated with you in mind and will equate to a flawless wedding day on beautiful grounds. Our grounds encompass:
- A unique temperature controlled chapel for an indoor ceremony with a capacity of 250
- A timeless gazebo for an outdoor

ceremony including up to 300 chairs
- A dazzling reception hall dawned with Italian crystal chandlers with up to 300 seated guests

Our packages, starting at $5,000, include :

- Tables
- Chairs
- White, floor length linens
- Glassware in all beverage packages
- The necessary team to host a seamless affair

1️⃣ Preorder food for the morning! Jimmy Johns, Chick Fil A and Twisted Fresh are a few close favorites couples have delivered as they pop bottles and beautify the morning of their wedding!⁠

2️⃣ Hire a coordinator. We'll say it again for those in the back. HIRE A COORDINATOR!!! Whether you choose our in-house package or another fav KC company, hiring a coordinator is THE way to have a stress-free planning experience AND wedding day. ⁠

3️⃣ Notify your vendors of the access time for Hawthorne House. We send a detailed wrap up after your final walk through and you are MORE than welcome to simply forward this on to your vendors. The ore they know ahead of time, the better!⁠

Did someone say MACAROONS ✨ That’s right, it’s National Macaroon Day today! You know we had to stop at @katesmithsoiree and pick up a sweet treat to celebrate! There were so many amazing flavors to chose from and from those we tried, Champagne was our favorite (shocker, right?! 😉). PSA Macaroons make for a cutie addition to your dessert table on wedding day!!

WHAT TIME IS IT?! Time for you and yours to take a break from wedding planning and go enjoy a margarita!! ✨ . Check out some of our favorite places to grab a Margarita for Cinco De Mayo: ✨ Barrio (Brookside and Red Bridge) ✨ South of Sunmit ✨ Mission Taco ✨ Margaritas ✨ Taco Republic Lindy and Regan got to try our signature cocktails of a Classic and Strawberry Margarita this week! We love seeing these added to couples’ bar menu for their wedding day! Enjoy!!
