Even if we are solely bartending or serving, we still need this!
Why?
Our bartenders need to know your event timeline in order to set up their bar, when it’s time to start pouring batched drinks, when ceremonies are ending to prep sparkling wine or other beverages, when your meal times are so they can have everything ready to make or made so that your guests get their drinks on time!
Also- ice.. you can’t even imagine the misunderstandings around the subject of ice! We know it doesn’t seem important ahead of time but a lot of issues are centered around ice at large events!

Olivas de Oro
Frank and Marti Menacho founded Olivas de Oro Olive Company in 1999 when we purchased a 160 acre orchard in the Northern Sierra Nevada foothills of California. In 2007 Frank moved the century old trees from Northern California to Creston, right outside of Paso Robles, CA. Our olives are grown and milled onsite.
We are thrilled to have their products for tastings and in our menu for the April show!

“Be a guest at your own Party” as we say at CCPH!
Too often, on our Zoom intake calls, we hear it..
Well we’re going to try and save money and have our mom, aunt, uncle, sister, friends, etc etc, do this,, that and the other thing.
But are you saving though???
Wait Staff | Bartending | Set Up is not too big of a cost in the event world and let us tell you, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY💰
It may cost a bit more but no mama drama, no sisters cleaning up trash in beautiful gowns in bare feet freezing after the fun, no drunken uncle helping himself to dubious amounts of whiskey unattended, etc, etc, the list goes on!
You need an experienced group of licensed pros to make your day fun, comforting, and safe!

Almost everyday, we speak with new people holding events ranging from backyard birthday parties to 300+ people weddings.
It is very common for people to come to us with plans for friends and family to provide services for them for things like bartending, catering, serving food, and clean up.
We very much recommend you hire a company like us to do these things and more. There’s more to it than most people recognize!
Our bartenders are RBS certified. This means that we are trained in pours and measures, how to manage and make cocktails, how to manage consumers, temperature management, and a lot more.
You’d be surprised how quickly a bar set up can get out of control with certain people over pouring for themselves, glasses breaking, ice buckets unattended, etc etc etc.
This can really take away from guests experience at your event!
Not to mention, guests cleaning up afterward is a huge pain! Everyone is tired and cleaning up trash and spilled alcohol and supplies is the last thing they want to do. It’s best to let guests be guests!
Do yourself a favor and call us for an estimate for bartending your event!
