Who is Trish?

Trish Jacobs is Owner/Chef of Paso Catering Co. here in Paso Robles, CA. She has been creating amazing, delicious and beautiful food since 1985. She honed her skills in Santa Rosa, CA under chefs like: John Ash, Micheal Hirchberg and Jeremiah Tower to name a few. But she will always say,”you never stop learning”. Trish is married to the love of her life Jac Jacobs an award winning Winemaker for over 35 harvests.

Trish loves to customize menus to fit your event, season, theme and personal preference. In 2000 she taught at Bauman College, Penngrove, CA where she continued to develop her culinary skills in Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Carb Free, Paelo and Nutritional Dense cooking styles for those who have health needs and challenges. All be it she loves to BBQ, and is excellent with all Meat preparations and lately very popular National Dish of Spain “Paella”, cooked on site.
