Thankfully this has only happened to us 2/3 times, but when this happens we will have to charge our cleaning fee. So please be kind with our equipment and respect our rules that are also in our profile and attached into our contract that every client signs before their event We understand that our equipment is white and will be dirty upon pickup, but things like chalk, face paint, cotton candy stains and red frosting don’t come out.. Please follow the rules and watch your kids for the entire duration of the rental🙏🏻 But regardless of everything, we’re so grateful for this business and each one of our clients. We have put a lot of effort, time, love and money into this business and leaving everything in God’s hands we can see the faithfulness of his words. 🤍 And as for the more experienced soft play companies, any tricks or tips for more efficient ways to clean the equipment will be appreciated 😊
