2023 is going to be an exciting year, especially when it kicks off like this. Im on a sourcing and learning mission for local farm raised whole hog. Gotta go to the source and see what's up... Can you believe this World class presentation? Such love and attention to detail. I'm taking notes.

Oh, and the sides were Bangin, im inspired to say the least.

We are at it again. Russ is cranking up the rig and I bought 100+ pounds of 🐖 today. That means we are up for a round of local deliveries this Friday afternoon. Leave a message in the comments or send Blaine an order. We will confirm and deliver ready to serve pulled pork and our infamous Pirleau. $18 a pound.

As we make it thru the Halloween weekend I remind you that we are currently taking holiday season dinner orders. Delivered and ready to serve for your Office parties, staff appreciation lunches, Thanksgiving spreads, to go dishes that travel well, big or small, whatever you want. Everything from pulled pork and brisket to nana pudding and pirleau, even ziti and side dishes, we got you covered. This ain't no regula ole regula ole. It looks to be another great week after crushing 0fest this weekend. LM will be back in NC for a catering event at the high point furniture show on Friday and then we really hope to see y'all at the JB Celebration Park BBQ Cook off on Sat at the Litchfield Restaurant. We are doing the whole hog presentation. Then a night off on Sunday to enjoy the Band Tribute at the PIT.

We are taking holiday orders with several already on the books. We are offering delivered, ready to serve pulled pork ( including old skool whole hog done on site if your want) pirleau, nana pudding or whatever else you can throw at Russ. Next week its off to NC for 3.0 Fest. Not as big a bite to chew, we are feeding the bands and VIP friends at this small fam fest so we can roll out some fun stuff. Stay tuned.

After cooking up 1000+ pounds of pulled pork this week, now the real work begins. Whole hog demonstration tomorrow means we gotta pull the all nighter. Wood smoked whole hog with Russ' sauce will be the reward. Stay tuned, I'll be updating all evening. Or until the Oktoberfest runs dry. 🔥🪵🔥💨🐖🌕

Hey local friends and family. We are at it again. This weekend are offering our now locally famous pulled pork delivered by the pound 🐖 and for this weekend we are also sampling our Pirleau delivered by the pound along with HeatherBelle's nana pudding cups.
$16 a pound for either pulled pork or pirleau. Yes you can do both. .
$5 a cup for Nana pudding.
Please leave a comment to order, I'll confirm, or hit Blaine up via text. Orders will be delivered Saturday, after the storm, by Blaine.

LazyMoon is humbled and blessed to announce that we have been selected to smoke the pulled pork for the upcoming 64th annual Belin fall bbq festival in Murrells Inlet. That's over a 1000 pounds folks, not including the whole hog we will smoke on site just to show out a bit.

Blaine going to preschool at Belin in 1976 had nothing to do with this. 😉
