Yamel and Dennis’s wedding at OceanCliff in Newport was nothing short of magical. Their love story is a testament to the power of second chances and the belief that it’s never too late to find joy. Both Yamel and Dennis have experienced the profound loss of their first spouses and had spent years without finding love again... that is until they met each other! Though their romance is relatively new, when you know you know and it was clear to everyone in attendance that their connection is undeniable.

Neither of them had experienced a traditional wedding the first time around so this time they went for it! With Yamel’s daughter-in-law, Christine, running the show (she is a florist and owns Plant Girl Shop in Rhode Island) the wedding was stunning. From the gorgeous ceremony setup to the beautifully designed reception space, every detail radiated love and care. Guests couldn’t stop raving about how exquisite the day was! Yamel and Dennis were glowing the entire time. Seeing them dance together, surrounded by their kids and grandkids, was such a beautiful moment.

When their kids gave speeches, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. They talked about how happy their parents looked, how it had been so long since they’d seen them this way, and how their love story was such an inspiration. The whole day felt like a celebration of love, family, and second chances. It was the kind of day that reminds you how incredible life can be.

What better way to kick off 2025 than with Nicole and Chris’s epic wedding at the Newport Beach House? These two have a love story that makes you believe in fate - starting as friends and growing into something more. With over 250 guests filling the space it felt like every single person there was riding the wave of happiness for these two.

Chris started his day by braving a polar plunge in the freezing Atlantic and while we didn’t follow him into the icy water (can you blame us?) it was the perfect start to this wedding. Later in the evening their guests delivered another surprising moment with a flash mob! Imagine a room full of loved ones suddenly breaking into perfectly synchronized moves, leaving Nicole and Chris completely stunned and grinning ear to ear!

Their day also included nods to Chris’s favorite movie, Jaws. But don’t worry! This wasn’t a terrifying shark tale! It was a love story where every detail was magical including a golden hour sunset! It’s not often that we’re treated to such a stunning sunset in December but the skies showed up for Nicole and Chris just like everyone else did.

Nicole and Chris, your day was a perfect blend of heart, humor, and jaw-dropping moments (pun fully intended). So here’s to swimming with bow legged women and a lifetime of friendship, love, and adventure... preferably on (warm) dry land!

Julia and Kevin’s wedding in Newport, Rhode Island, was the perfect close out to our 2024 season! Held at OceanCliff, one of our all-time favorite spots, this wedding was bursting with holiday spirit in the best way possible. From the twinkling lights to the seasonal decor Julia and Kevin embraced the magic of the season with style and grace. Their ceremony at the legendary Saint Mary’s Church, where JFK and Jackie once exchanged vows, brought a sense of timeless romance to the day. Julia looked every bit the classic bride, looking so elegant in a dress that actually gave us Jackie O vibes! You can't get any better than that! Kevin definitely agreed. One of the sweetest moments of the day happened when we did Julia’s solo portraits. Kevin standing off to the side couldn’t contain his awe. “Can you believe this?” he kept asking anyone who would listen, completely blown away by her beauty.

From the moment we first spoke with Kevin, his sweet and considerate nature stood out. Meeting him and Julia in person confirmed everything we imagined. They were both warm, laid-back, and incredibly kind. Their trust in us and the team of vendors made the day flow seamlessly, and their gratitude for everyone’s efforts meant so much. They leaned into the joy of the season and created a celebration that was equal parts elegant and heartfelt. Ending the year with Julia and Kevin’s wedding felt like the perfect finale to an unforgettable 2024! It left us inspired and completely in awe of what we get to do. Here’s to this iconic couple and an absolutely beautiful send off to our wedding season!

Clarissa and Jacob’s wedding this week was nothing short of magical! Truly the kind of day that felt pulled straight from a Hallmark Christmas movie! Two years ago, we had the incredible honor of being the sole witnesses to their secret elopement in Newport, Rhode Island. Fast forward to last week and we found ourselves in New Jersey, photographing their bigger and more festive “I do, part two” celebration held on the exact same date as their original vows. Talk about an epic anniversary! The venue was a holiday dreamland! Christmas trees, twinkling lights, and even an outdoor fire where guests could cozy up. It was a scene so festive and romantic you half expected Santa to make an appearance.

Reuniting with Clarissa and Jacob and getting to document this next chapter of their love story was such a rare treat for us. We don’t often get to photograph two weddings for the same couple!! Their family and friends were just as wonderful as we imagined… welcoming, kind, and ready to party! The day had everything: emotional moments, incredible food (we’re still dreaming about the “Italian table”), and a great vibe. It’s safe to say we left the celebration feeling a little bit like Christmas elves with cameras.

Krystal and Jeff’s wedding at OceanCliff in Newport, RI, was literally stunning! They tied the knot at Saint Mary’s Church - the same place JFK and Jackie O got married. Fancy! After that it was off to OceanCliff perched right on the water with amazing views of Narragansett Bay. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with a Newport wedding but these two took it to the next level.

Everyone kept saying how detail-obsessed Krystal and Jeff were and they were not lying! Every single thing was planned to perfection. From the flowers to the tiny little touches that only they would think of it was all beautiful! We were cracking up all day because Jeff legit looks like Jake Gyllenhaal. Krystal told us someone at her office once thought she was dating Jake after seeing a picture of Jeff on her desk. Honestly, we see it!

It was a windy day, but Krystal and Jeff were total champs about it. They just rolled with it, laughing and enjoying every second. One of the coolest parts of the night was the string light canopy they had installed over the ballroom. It added such a dreamy and romantic vibe to the whole space… like something straight out of a Jeff Gyllenhaal RomCom! Between the lights, the views, and the energy from Krystal and Jeff the whole day was magic!

Who knew Warwick was hiding such a fairytale location as Aldrich Mansion? Rhode Island is full of surprises! Kate and Braden’s wedding was like stepping into another world that was perfect for our couple and their epic love story. Earlier this year we had a bride who gave us all the Ariel vibes and now we’ve got Kate, our real-life Merida! Kate, we are sorry because we know you probably hear this all the time but it’s too fitting to ignore—you’re Irish, fiery, and a total warrior! There were even surprise Irish dancers to really bring out the magic of her family's heritage. So they aren't just a hint of Irish. This was full-on, high-kicking Irish!

When it comes to love stories we’re pretty sure Kate and Braden have one that’s straight out of the movies. We’re convinced Kate aimed right for Braden's heart with all the precision of a true Celtic archer. Haha! You can just see how head-over-heels they are for each other which made every photo and every moment a joy to capture. Kate’s beautiful spirit and Braden’s clear admiration for her made this day unforgettable and it was heartwarming to see them so lost in each other.

Spending the day with Kate, Braden, and their incredible families was like being part of one big Irish celebration. Their loved ones were so welcoming, so lively, and so ready to celebrate these two! We feel so lucky to have been a part of it all! Here’s to Kate and Braden!

Andrea and Christina’s wedding at the Providence Public Library was a celebration of their undeniable connection. With a color palette of black, gold, and white the library was the perfect venue to reflect both the elegance and intimacy of their day. The grand architecture and timeless ambiance created a beautiful backdrop for their wedding! From the moment we walked in we felt the warmth of their personalities, and we knew this would be a day full of genuine joy.

We hadn’t met Andrea and Christina prior to the wedding but after a few calls prior to the day we had a good feeling about them. It only took a few minutes after we arrived to confirm just how wonderful they were! Their playful energy was infectious, and we found ourselves smiling right alongside them. We even had to (gently!) convince them to separate for a short time so they could each get dressed as they did not want to leave each other’s side. When they told us they were absolutely obsessed with one another they were not lying! Once they reunited for their first look and headed to the library their shared joy lit up the library halls as they exchanged vows surrounded by family and friends. From start to finish, Andrea and Christina’s wedding was an incredible celebration of a love story that’s as rich as the venue they chose. We were beyond grateful to be part of this day! Andrea and Christina, we wish you the best of luck and hope to see you again soon!!
