Horton by Fourah Bay is a small event planning company, operating out of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, founded by Jennifer Horton-Bandele.

Horton by Fourah Bay is small in size but large in ex*****on. Our creative team is very collaborative with the customer and offers their own design ideas so as to take some of the responsibility off the client. We have bakers, cooks, and DJs on retainer to be used at any of our events with advance notice. Our prices are fair and somewhat negotiable. Horton by Fourah Bay is a family business, and we will treat you as one of our own!

Although we’re based in Rhode Island, we have incredibly strong ties to New York. Our CEO and Founder, Jennifer Jalloh, grew up in Brooklyn and was there during 9/11. Much like for the rest of the country, she will never forget this day and how it brought the city together. What was meant to destroy in fact built something stronger.
