What do you do when you’ve been working for 18 hours and still cooking at 1245 am? Start texting people that you know are sleeping and say stuff like “man that was an awesome day, right”. Lol. Just finishing up Mac n cheese and baked beans for tomorrow. Gonna be a heck of a time at Super Awesome Tailgate Party 2022. On the menus tomorrow is pulled pork, bbq chicken, ribeye steak sandwiches, Mac n cheese, baked beans, and 1-2 person clam bakes. We will also have hamburgers and hotdogs. I will also have stuff to do a few chicken burritos but you have to ask for that.
