My husband’s birthday is today!

We were supposed to be traveling to Nevada to see his family and spend some time in Reno. However, due to Covid-19, the party and birthday trip was canceled. 

This morning I decided to throw together a surprise birthday party. Since it was last minute, (we were holding out hope to still be able to travel) we also had limited options on decor. Since he loves comic books (our kids were even named after X-Men characters 😉) I decided to go with Avengers theme! Just something fun to make the day special. ❤️

Our 3 and 5 year old kids were so happy to see the decorations for their Dad and of course the piñata and cake! 😁

I am so so SO proud of this! And to my surprise, it even says “with honors.” I was asked to be part of Delta Epsilon Tau National Honor Society by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission “due to 4.0 GPA and demonstrating leadership and commitment to distance education and learning.”
