Yes, we can provide full a/v support for your conference, meeting, gala, etc. Providing everything from large screens, projectors, audio, lighting, live-streaming, and archival recording.

We got into this side of the industry because of what we learned during the pandemic. We got into live-streaming because of it. From then on, we learned and adapted over the years and is now capable to bring it to a professional level.

We still have lots more to learn but thankful for this growth.

Having a gala or corporate event? We can definitely assist you with it. We can provide you with full production services which includes audio, lighting, video, drapery, etc.

Over the years since the pandemic, we have assisted large and small companies with their events. Companies like LinkedIn, Google, Hawaii Business Magazine, Chamber of Commerce, Healthcare Association of Hawaii, AlohaCare, Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center, Aflac, Sound Income Group, and many more companies.

Our passion that we have for doing things like weddings, proms, celebrations, etc. have grown into the corporate side of things. With the experience of doing all types of events, we tend to share this to both sides of the industry. One example is our music knowledge from the wedding side helps us provide great bgm music on the corporate side. The level of production from the corporate side helps us provide a higher level of quality to the wedding side. So many things that can be shared between all the events we do. We provide a lot of screen and projector rentals and this one is one of our bigger screen sizes. It can fit a 9x16 screen and is relatively light weight and really sturdy. This truss screen is usually meant for outdoor events but could be used indoors. Water barrels or concrete blocks aren't needed to weigh this down. Perfect for outdoor movie nights. We did a wedding a few months ago and Jerrick and Erika wanted that EDM festival feel. So we brought that EDC circuit grounds feel to their wedding!

Such a unique and fun set up. We brought 26 of our pixelicious bars, 6 moving heads, 12 uplights, 4 area wash lights, and our color changing festoon lighting.

This is just one of our Music Festival themed looks. All controlled by our lighting techs which make them dance to the music.

Sometimes the most simplest of things can make a lot of impact.

In these photos we just used 2 gobo projectors and 8 uplights on the backdrop. The color was matched to their color theme and the leaves gobo gave some character to the room.

We love doing some over the top things with our lights but we also love the simple things we do too.

When you book us for your wedding, you aren’t just booking one person. You are booking a team.

Each person on this team has their task. They aren’t there for the vendor meals. They are there to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible for your wedding. They are also there to support each other.

Normally we have the Dj, Dj assistant, lighting tech, and/or MC. The Dj handles the music and program, the lighting tech handles our lighting. They can also assist our Dj assistant. Our MC works with your coordinator to ensure your program goes smoothly. They also communicate with our Dj to ensure a flawless program.

Our Dj assistant and lighting tech can help with any issues while the Dj can focus primarily on the music and program. Whether if the power goes out, speaker loses audio, lighting doesn’t turn on, the assistant is there to help. Less stress on the Dj. We also encourage our team to help other vendors if they see them needing help. We have assisted coordinators countless of times. We have assisted with technical issues, decor, and even picking up flower petals in the dark at the ceremony location. Our main goal is to do what ever we need to do to make your wedding a success. That is why we have a team.

We partnered up with Susan G Koman for their Pink Tie Ball a few weeks ago at the Alohilani Resort.

Prior to the pandemic we wanted to get more involved with non-profits but that never came to fruition. Now that the pandemic is over, we were so happy to build a relationship and be a part of this organization.

With months of planning; we were able to work together and bring our vision to life.

For their event, we provided a full sound system for the ballroom and the foyer area. We also provided equipment for Deshannon Higa & band and Jimmy Taco.

Lighting, we provided over 40 uplights to give this beautiful pink glow in the ballroom. We also provided stage wash to accent the stage and spot lights to illuminate the performers and MCs.

We had set up several gobo lighting to give some structural lighting to the pillars within the room. The pattern that was projected was the same patter used in their printed material.

The one thing we all were excited about was the projection. We did provide 8k projectors for their slides, videos, and projection. We also provided an ultra short throw projector for their logo. We had 4-5500 lumen projectors which we used for projection mapping. We mapped 2 sides of the ballroom which completely gave the room an immersive feel. Theme was Shanghai nights so we used several scenic videos. Later throughout the night, we switched it up to include scenes from The Bund and other locations. The mapping gave such a unique experience to the whole venue.

We also provided technical support with integrating their PowerPoint presentations and various videos.

We are beyond happy for being part of a successful event. Even more proud to be a partner in fighting breast cancer.
