Yesterday my large format printer started printing lines from the feed wheels. Of course we print 100s of prints a week and the edible ink sticks to certian parts. Well, I had done all the technical maintenance steps to clean the wheels. Didn't work. It was time to tear it down and do a deep clean.
Whew... a bit stressful!
But after a good cleaning.. we are good again. Yay!
We like to always provide top quality prints to all our customers!! And little wheel lines are not acceptable in my book!
So I apologize for any delay yesterday- but repairing and maintenance of this large format printer is imperative to our business and yours!!
We appreciate all of yall and all the orders!!! Thank you for being patient with us!!
