My first grazing table in months was fun! I needed a few last minute items to prep last night and I realized that my first publix delivery order was free. I ordered the bacon jam I normally use but my shopper was unable to find it so she replaced it with this and I’m so glad she did! It’s DELICIOUS and made right down the road in Thomasville. 😍 Served over a log of goat cheese with the crunchiest crackers you can find 🤤

I don’t just aim for visual appeal, although that is a huge part of it. I want people to be wowed with each and every bite 💜

Happy Friday! I was working on some fruit & cheese platters to go to customers today and I thought about doing these weekly this summer and changing up some of the cheeses and extras I use. To me, it’s the perfect poolside snack! Who would be interested? 😍

This one is perfect for a date night at home or just a special treat to enjoy before you go out. It will include a special selection of meats, cheeses, olives, fruit, and two chocolate covered strawberries!

2) YOU’RE THE ONE BOX $15

This will be similar to the sweetheart plate, but will be packaged in a cute box that is perfect for one person to enjoy. Treat yourself or order for friends, family, your child’s teacher, co-workers, etc!

3) MY LITTLE VALENTINE 🥰 $10

This individual children’s box will feature a chocolate covered strawberry and other kid-friendly valentines themed snack items!

Today as I was setting up this grazing table, I laughed and told a sweet friend it was funny that I had on my PES shirt, one of my children goes to CCA, and I was setting up a table for First Academy.

It made me think back to something Trebor told me a few weeks ago that is honestly one of the sweetest compliments I’ve ever gotten. He told me that I was a supporter of “all the schools.”

Don’t get me wrong—I’m all about being loyal and having a strong sense of school pride. I am Coffee alumni, and I’ll always bleed maroon. Any time I hear a high school band playing, it takes me right back to Jardine Stadium.

Then there’s Atkinson county. I know without a doubt the Lord led me here and that it’s where He wants me for this season of life.

My bonus baby attended First Academy and we saw firsthand the awesome work they’re doing to educate and create disciples for Jesus. We see the same at CCA with Gritt.

Bottom line: I want them all to “win.” Wishing bad on ANY school is hoping that children don’t get the best education possible, and there’s no one who can truly believe that’s ok.

I will continue to wear my Rebel attire with pride, listen to the Trojans play Friday night football on the radio when I get the chance, and be so thankful that we have amazing educational opportunities (both public and private) in Coffee and Atkinson counties.

These are our kids. Our future. The next generation. Just as MLK Jr so wisely put it, intelligence + character is the true goal of education & that goal is what so many incredible schools in our area are striving for.

Let’s be cheerleaders for every. single. one. as they do so. 🥳

Bittersweet to post, but I will not be booking any more grazing tables (if you’re on the calendar already, you’re good!) until February 2024. I am learning my limits, and doing the tables the way I want them done requires a lot of work.
