The final Farm to Table dinner was simply wonderful! The Bavarian theme with locally sourced food expertly prepared by Chef Kohn from paired with the perfect wines from brought the perfect finale to our season. Music from a tour with a deep convo on nuts (my hands are still stained from the black walnut), inspiring conversations with new and old friends. There was even hot or cold fresh apple cider from the Big Canyon Acres orchard. Thank you to those that made it out this time. We love these great shots taken by repeat diner and friend Terri. What should we do over winter?

FINAL FARM TO TABLE DINNER 2024 Oct. 20 at the conclusion of our annual Fall Fest. Next Sunday enjoy a fine Oktoberfest inspired meal prepared by Chef Kohn from . Tour the apple orchard with Oktoberfest beer, wine or hot fresh apple cider pressed that day while you snack on a stacked skewer of meats and return to the Timber Frame Barn for a warm Bavarian Pretzel with beer cheese sauce & ground mustard. Take a seat and savor Chef Kohn’s famous Butternut Squash Soup followed by Bratwurst and traditional Bavarian sides. Finish off with an apple and hazelnut crisp grown right on site at Big Canyon Acres. Grab your seat at the table quickly!
