Appetizers for a meeting/class! We enjoyed doing a charcuterie board with added appetizers of beef Wellington bites, salmon crostinis, bacon wrapped scallops, and chicken skewers. We had our beautiful CARAMEL fountain with dippers for dessert!! Such a tasty and pretty treat!

Annual retirement luncheon for the members of Clarkson Construction Company. They enjoyed a tasty lunch of roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, rolls, and cobbler! They toured the new offices downtown and learned of all the ongoing and upcoming projects within the company. Pretty great day for them.

Congrats to this fun couple!!! Not only did they get to share their beautiful wedding reception with everyone, they also got to announce to everyone they are expecting a baby girl! It was quite a celebration!
We provided day of coordination for this wedding, making sure that everything was lined out for the day and stayed on track.
We provided Sage charger plates with gold premium plastic dinnerware. Provided a formal set up for them.
We had a beautiful charcuterie board for the cocktail hour, a tasty dinner with garlic herbed chicken and garlic butter, skirt steak as the main entrées. We also provided a cute little wedding cake for their cutting along with other desserts for everyone else! Many blessings to this couple and their beautiful little family!

Super cute wedding for this couple! We were proud to be able to help provide the charcuterie board for the cocktail hour. We had a delicious dinner that included chicken Parmesan and bacon wrapped pork tenderloin for the main entrées. We provided all of the table cloths for the event, helped to get everything set up with the ceremony being Oscar style, busing and restocking throughout the event and saving all of the leftovers! Cass regional annual employee appreciation banquet! We love taking care of all of those hard-working people that make sure that everyone in our area is taken care of in the most crucial times! The theme this year was Hollywood! We provided brisket, garlic herbed grilled chicken, green beans, garlic mashed potatoes, and dinner rolls for the main meal. We had a beautiful charcuterie board as folks arrived for something to snack on. And then we had an amazing display of around 700 desserts for folks to choose from! A big applause to all of our local heroes!

Celebration of life dinner for this family. Losing someone is always hard so we find it our mission to make it easy for people by getting all of the information for your event, showing up behind the scenes before anyone arrives, and having all of your food and beverage and anything that you need set up and ready to go so you walk in and just enjoy your time with each other. We provided brisket, smoked turkey, pasta, salad, barbecue beans, and hash brown casserole. We also had a cookie and brownie assortment for something sweet.

A beautiful classic wedding with a super fun menu like the taco bar! We had the nacho fountain with Espinaca, chip and dip bar, churros, and sopapilla cheesecake bites for the appetizers. And then follow that up with a delicious and filling dinner of beef and chicken tacos! We also provided an adorable 6 inch wedding cake accompanied with cupcakes!

Beautiful wedding for this couple with a taco bar for the main meal with beef and pork! We had a chip and dip bar and they added humus with veggies and dippers along with churros and soapapilla cheesecake bites. We also provided the wedding cake and sheet cakes for dessert. For a late nite snack we had a popcorn bar! They were definitely full of food and fun!! Best wishes to the couple ❤️
