News update: for the pageant tomorrow. The heat is out in the front lobby so it will be very cold. Please bring blankets and we are going to leave the doors to the auditorium shut to keep the heat inside the auditorium.

Warning long post ahead!!

Welcome to 2025!! We are excited about the year. We are growing and mostly have no open dates for the year. If you wish to use our facility please message us. I am going to try and add a calendar with available dates to the page.

For people already renting the PPAC please note that we may have a checklist for you at the end of the day so that way we can ensure the building be available for others to use.

Upgrades:
We have had some upgrades to our dressing room. You can find full length mirrors and garment racks.

We have a changing table in the Women’s bathroom with baby wipes on it.

A local Director asked me about setting up a little play area for girls competing or for their siblings who are watching them compete. Tomorrow is the first day of this area will be available. Please make sure we respect the items and if they break please let the person at the PPAC know. If you would like to see something added please let me know and I will see what I can do.

In the auditorium, you will find some ropes around the front two rows. That means please don’t sit there.

Thank you for choosing our small town and facility to host your event. Please note the following:

Restaurants/Food: Chinese place, Sweet Magnolias(not on Sundays), El Churrasco, Don Pepe’s, Substation, Pizza Hut, and Subway.

Boutiques: Manic Mondays and Southern ‘Em

Grocery: IGA, 2 Dollar Generals, and Family Dollar

ATMs: Corner Pantry and TRUIST bank

PELION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IS FULLY FUNDED!!!

Thursday we had almost 400 children who needed to be sponsored. SUNDAY---we have ALL the children sponsored.

Pelion Elementary-we will see you in a few weeks!

What a whirlwind weekend it has been. This has been the most exciting and FAST school sponsorship we have ever done.
