🍓 Fun Recipe Friday: Summer Strawberry Salsa

Sweet, tangy, and with just the right amount of kick — this Summer Strawberry Salsa is the ultimate BBQ sidekick! ☀️🔥

Serve it with grilled chicken, tacos, or just scoop it up with crunchy tortilla chips. A refreshing twist your guests will love! 😋

🌿 Ingredients:

2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 small jalapeño, seeded & minced (optional for spice)

Pinch of salt

👨‍🍳 Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Gently toss to mix — don’t over-stir.

Chill for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors mingle.
