How windy was it at the The Switzerland Inn for today's Polar Bear Plunge?
One of my big speakers blew off the deck! 😳💨
Thank god it was an area that's not accessible to patrons. 🙏🏻
Missed going in the lake by about 6” and the stand is shredded.
It was still fun!😂

🕚 Reg at 11 AM, first jump at NOON (don’t sleep in!)

Can’t wait for this weekend! The Polar Bear Plunge is Saturday, marking the unofficial open of lake season. When the Switz is open, Keuka Lake is open; if you know, you know. A full day of fun and “Keuka Lakeness”. Hit up The Olney Place... on Keuka for breakfast and then ’Get Switz’d’ until close! Ill bringvthe fun noon-4 and hand off to States Apart who will keep you partying til 7pm.

ANNUAL POLAR BEAR PLUNGE – THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 26th

Ready to make a splash for a great cause? Grab your bravest friends, your wildest costumes, and join us on Keuka Lake for one of our favorite traditions:

Registration: 11 AM
FIRST JUMP: 12 PM sharp – don’t be late!
Hosted by: DJ Boolanger (pumping the tunes all afternoon)
Live music: States Apart on the deck, 4 – 7 PM
🍻nutrl & Good Boy Vodka tasting: 12 – 3 PM
🥃 Astral Tequila tasting: 4 – 6 PM
🍺 Pre‑game stop: The Olney Place... on Keuka opens early (8 AM – 7 PM) to celebrate their brand‑new beer collab with Steuben Brewing Company – swing in on your way!

Cost to Jump: $30 (includes a commemorative shirt printed with the date, every jumper’s name, the day’s air & water temps 🤘)

👀 Spectators: FREE admission – bring the whole crew to cheer!

❤️ All proceeds benefit the Wayne Fire Department – Water & Fire Rescue. Help the first‑responders who help all of us.
