Pelican looking over the oyster farm
Beautiful day to sort some oysters!
Tumbling them helps groom their shell shape, as well as seperate them by size.
Fresh SALTY batches of oysters from East Bay just delivered to Maria’s Fresh Seafood, Blalock Specialty Seafood, Where Y’at Seafood, and The Grand Marlin. FYI… just because a box of oysters says ”Apalachicola” on the lid does not mean the oysters came from there. Please read the harvest tag INSIDE the box to see where they actually came from along with their harvest date. (Most come from La. or Tx.) Emerald Tides, along with the many other local oyster farms in our area would love to provide you with fresh oysters and help keep business in our community! Emerald Coast Oyster Co. will also be serving our oysters alongside Grayson Bay’s (another fantastic local supplier) at the Emerald Republic from 12-5 on Sunday the 13th. Thank you so much for your continued support! 🇺🇸
